In the clutter of the regular daily mail, December is a month where we’re inundated with Christmas cards. We promise we’re not bah-humbugging the season (we want to be on Santa’s nice list!), we’re thinking outside the mailBOX and just want to give you a little tip on how to make your mailings count.

Odds are that choosing December to send a holiday greeting will put your card in a stack of many and your message will likely get lost in the paper shuffle, or tossed in the recycle bin. Instead, you can post a “Happy Holidays” message on your social media sites, website and email campaigns. You won’t be a Scrooge or a Grinch, we promise!

You are sure to get more bang-for-your-buck if you choose another holiday to celebrate through mailings. You’ll most likely be the only company to have a card land on the desk of THE decision maker you are trying to reach if you choose New Years, Valentines Day, Fourth of July, Veterans Day, or a “just because” day.

Have fun with it! Be creative! Did you know that November 12th is “National Pizza with the Works Except Anchovies Day”, or that October is “National Arts & Humanities Month”? From funny to serious and everything in between there is something to write home about…or in this case, another reason to send a company greeting card when you are sure to get noticed!
