Julie Cofer

Creative Director

Julie Cofer has been bringing mentoring and leadership to id8 since 2004—and a lot of butt-kickin’ energy—to her role as Creative Director. Learn more about Julie

She is responsible for executing and managing multiple brand initiatives across both digital and print platforms. With more than 15 years of design experience, Julie is a highly creative thinker who provides unique solutions and strategies for id8’s clients, such as Atlantic Realty Partners, Greater Women’s Business Council, Inland Market (a division of Inland Seafood), Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and Andersonville National Historic Park.

Prior to joining id8, Julie worked with major clients, including the Mall of Stonecrest, Harley-Davidson of Atlanta, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Marcus Autism Center and Federated Department Stores.

Julie has won numerous design awards from Graphic Design, USA (GDUSA) and American Graphic Design & Advertising (AGDA Award) and was featured in Graphis’ New Talent Annual in 2001. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the Atlanta College of Art.

Part of a “dying breed” of native Atlantans, Julie is married with two young daughters. And even though she lives in the “sticks” and loves her daily view of horse farms and cow pastures, she still goes back to her city girl roots for date nights and socializing with friends.

Jess Gerjets

Senior Graphic Designer

Jess Gerjets has yet to find a project that hasn’t inspired her. In her role as Senior Graphic Designer at id8, Jess creates killer designs across all mediums. Learn more about Jess

Jess takes deep dives into her clients’ backgrounds, concepts amazing new ideas—all while keeping in constant touch with her teammates and clients.

Jess received her undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from the University of West Georgia and her Graduate Studies in Design from the Portfolio Center. She’s been involved with the Atlanta Chapter of AIGA since 2009, both as Student Board President and in her current role as the board’s Communications Co-Chair.

Prior to id8, Jess was creating great designs for major clients, including Yamaha Motor Sports, Mizuno USA, The Weather Channel and Husky.

Jess is an Illinois native but has made her home in the Atlanta area for 18 years. She grew up repeating infomercials to her mom and can do a mean George Washington impression—and still has a dream of doing voice work for a kid’s movie. In her free time, Jess enjoys hiking, baking apple pies and traveling. Jess and her husband, Christofer, love keeping up with their daughter, Jane, and their Australian Cattle mix, Brumby.

Lindsay Pace

Project Manager

It takes a skilled and patient individual to bring order to chaos, which is why Lindsay Pace is perfect in her role as Project Manager at id8. Learn more about Lindsay

As a liaison between our talented designers and wonderful clients, Lindsay keeps things organized and on track and proofreads like a madwoman.

As an expert planner with 15 years of experience to speak to her talent, Lindsay enjoys seeing projects evolve from start to finish and loves being surrounded and inspired by driven and creative people. Before joining id8, Lindsay began her career at Cartoon Network where she coordinated on-air and sponsored promotions for various franchises and programming day-parts. She also spent almost 10 years managing print, digital, and branding projects for clients including PBS, The Galloway School, Perfetti Van Melle, Crown Media Networks, and Ecolab.

Lindsay received her B.S. in Television Production at Boston University’s College of Communication, which was the next best option for being a musical theater major who aspires to be on Broadway (however, not for lack of talent—she was selected to compete in the “American Idol Experience” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!).

The Pittsburgh native enjoys spending her free time with her adorable and crazy identical twin boys and a wonderfully supportive husband. You can also find her tutoring Hebrew to 3rd-6th graders and cheering for the Cubs.

Emily Stiles

Agency Assistant

Emily Stiles’ job is hard to describe with a simple title. She answers the phone, greets clients and other guests, keeps track of the team calendar…Learn more about Emily

Emily also coordinates projects, manages id8’s social media, plans and executes events both for id8 and for clients, and does some writing and proofing on projects to boot. In short—she keeps the office humming. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and cheerful disposition makes her perfect for the position.

So how does she do it? “I begin each day ready to meet the needs of my coworkers and our clients, and I leave feeling inspired, challenged, and proud of the team I work with—and I know what I do contributes to the bigger picture of creating a winning experience for our clients and our business.”

Emily earned a B.A. in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia College & State University. After graduating, she moved to Ireland and worked there for nearly two years. Her experience also includes partnering with non-profits, including international Operation Mobilization (OM) teams and the Greensboro Main Street Program.

Emily is a native of Marietta and volunteers at her church located near the Square. She supports OM Ireland, Cru, and the Homeless Pets Foundation. When she’s not at the office, Emily enjoys hanging out with her husband, Michael, their sweet little baby girl, Maren, and their pup, Murphy, all while getting her hands dirty in her veggie garden and exploring the trails of Kennesaw Mountain.

JoAnne Sellors


JoAnne Sellors manages the books for id8, keeping things running smoothly on the accounting side of the business. JoAnne will tell you two things: “I love working at id8…Learn more about JoAnne

and it’s a wonderful, cheerful atmosphere with great people,” and “I know that I’m strange, but I enjoy working with numbers.” We’re glad about both.

JoAnne has been working in the accounting field since 1981—taking some time off to raise her five children. Before joining id8, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland and held accounting positions with Manganaro Corporation, American Trading and Production Company, and The Mahone Group.

After moving from her home state of Maryland in 2002, JoAnne and her family relocated to Atlanta for Matt’s job and also opened their own coffee shop in id8’s home town of Marietta. She is happy to report that The Daily Grind has been a community favorite spot for 8 years.

When she’s not snuggling with her two grandsons, JoAnne enjoys sewing, baking, crocheting, knitting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Rhonda Sterrett

Solutions Architect

As the owner of i360Group in Marietta, Rhonda Sterrett has been providing web solutions and Internet marketing since 1982 and is recognized in the industry as a top-level programmer. Learn more about Rhonda

For the past eight years, Rhonda has been partnering with id8 to provide its clients, including Freshens, African Pride, Greater Women’s Business Council, with coordinated solutions that integrate project-specific skills for success under one source.

As a website developer for id8, Rhonda is responsible for guiding the team using a variety of programming languages and database technologies, including .NET, PHP, Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Active Server Pages, Cold Fusion, Photoshop, Flash, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.

Rhonda strives to help clients improve their marketing efforts through web initiatives by providing solutions that are robust and economical. One of Rhonda’s greatest strengths is being able to analyze a customer’s business needs and develop a web-based plan to solve those issues.

Rhonda has a degree in psychology from Marquette University and a degree in computer programming from the University of Wisconsin, is a board member of the Vinings Historical Preservation Society, and a member of the Northeast Cobb Business Association, the Atlanta Joomla User Group, and the Atlanta WordPress User Group. When Rhonda is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Eric Berrios

Eric has over 25 years of Strategic Planning experience for business-to-business clients like Novelis, SunTrust, Georgia Ports Authority, 1-800-Flowers, Merck & Co., and Olsten Health Services.

Eric has served on the board of the Atlanta chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators for eight years, and was previously a board member of EarthShare of Georgia. As a graduate of NYIT, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.

Matt Hawkins

Business and Brand Strategist

Matt has over 18 years of professional experience in Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, Change Management, and Brand Development for companies of all shapes and sizes, from small shops on the corner to large enterprises, like Coca-Cola, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AT&T, and Hilton Hotels and Resorts. On top of his expertise in the core consulting disciplines, Matt brings sharp professional skills in visionary leadership, strategic thinking, team building, and effective communication.

Matt holds two degrees, one in Healthcare Management and one in Computer Science, from the University of Alabama, and routinely speaks at public universities and conferences on the need for thinking versatility in the workplace. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, mountain biking, and playing in a band.
